REJINA PYO offers a 14-day return period from the date of delivery for all full-priced items, provided they are in their original condition with all garment tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original designer packaging and shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid return label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Collection

  Schedule a courier collection through the portal or drop off your package at your nearest authorized shipping point.
